Though children under the age of 3 are welcome, the owner considers this property to be unsuitable for children between the ages of 3 and 15 years.
The Castle itself is magnificent, set on a mature, immaculately maintained, 6 acres and offering a high degree of peace and tranquillity, with excellent views of the surrounding countryside. There's excellent quality shopping and restaurants, theatre and concert hall in the nearby "fair city" of Perth, often described as 'Gateway to the Highlands'. Ski-ing at Glenshee is just over an hour's drive. Going Eastwards, Dundee boasts its own airport with direct flights to City of London. One hour by car - visit Edinburgh and Stirling. One and a half hour's drive - visit Glasgow and Aberdeen. Excellent local golf courses as well as the famous St. Andrews and Gleneagles Courses - both around 30 minutes drive.
